Can't find words to describe how good this album is. Wouldn't call it stoner rock myself, too upbeat and they don't have one 60 minute song about weed. On early listens it has the familiarity of some classic bands: the vocals of AC/DC, some thrashy breakdowns like Metallica, the organ is a great addition giving it that classic rock sound of bands like uriah heep or deep purple. To see such a young band play with such assuredness & skill to make an album this good it's surely a rock classic.

This album is an absolute banger. The riffs are especially groovy this time, the vocals are amazing, and the overall thing is supercatchy. If I'd have to list one downside, it's that the mix is so bass-heavy that the sound only truely comes into it's right when listened on good headphones or extremely good speakers. On anything less it can sound like the bass drowns the rest of the music out. 9/10

Merci Déhà for the download code. Lots of bands use these ingredients – pretty female vocals over doomy guitars always sounds good, but usually that's where the ideas run out. That isn't the case here. Each song is packed with ideas and evolutions, genres and references it's boring to list but not at all to listen to. A pleasure to have been introduced to this.
